Since starting in the kitchen at age 15, Chef Garcia has worked his way up, from washing dishes to Executive Chef, creating with some of the world’s most sought-after chefs, at some of the most renowned, Michelin-starred restaurants. Most recently, he earned a Michelin star just 8 months after opening Auro at the Four Seasons, Napa Valley.
Family, all along the way…
From when he was born in Mexico, to being raised by a single mother in LA and Napa, to fathering two boys of his own, Rogelio’s story has always revolved around family. and the family table.
